Why do I practice & teach yoga?<br>(SHARE YOUR LOVE!): After 18 years of practicing ALL types of physical fitness, my 1st Power Yoga class left me feeling "clear, whole, balance". I've always been a teacher -- and -- it was immediately clear (to me) that "passing-it-on" is the greatest gift I can give others.
Who did I obtain teacher training from?: Brian Kest, Beryl Bender Birch, David Swenson, Mark Blanchard, Baron Baptiste, Eric Schiffman, Bikram Choudhury (in LA), BKS Iyengar through Dallas Yoga Center, many & various protegees of the great Masters; along with on-going certification programs, including A.A.A.I. Yoga Teacher Certification.
